Frequently Asked
Questions

Everything you need to know about buying livestock from our farm — from ordering to delivery.

Ordering 3 questions
How do I place an order for livestock?

Browse our available livestock online, select the animals you’d like, and complete the secure checkout. For larger or custom orders we recommend calling us first so we can walk you through availability and logistics. All orders are confirmed within 24 hours of purchase.

How do custom orders work?

If you need a specific breed, age range, weight, or quantity, contact us directly and we will work with you personally. Custom orders typically require a 2–6 week lead time depending on availability. A deposit secures your order and the balance is due before delivery.

Can I visit the farm before buying?

Absolutely. We welcome farm visits by appointment. Contact us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule. We will show you the pastures, introduce you to the animals, and answer any questions in person. Transparency is important to us.

Delivery 3 questions
Do you deliver to all US states?

We currently deliver to all 48 contiguous US states. All interstate transport fully complies with USDA and state-level livestock regulations. A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection is provided with every shipment.

How are the animals transported — is it humane?

Animal welfare is our top priority. All livestock is transported in properly ventilated, climate-appropriate trailers with adequate space, food, and water for the journey. Our transport team is trained in low-stress loading and follows all USDA and APHIS guidelines without exception.

What documentation comes with my order?

Every animal ships with a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI), full vaccination records, and a health history summary. Breeding stock also includes registration papers where applicable. Our on-farm vet clears all animals before every shipment.

Animal Care 3 questions
Are your animals hormone-free and antibiotic-free?

Yes, always. We never use synthetic growth hormones or routine antibiotics on any of our animals. In the rare case an animal requires veterinary treatment, full disclosure is included in the health records that ship with your order.

How are the animals raised day-to-day?

All of our livestock graze on open pasture year-round. They are never confined to feedlots. We rotate pastures regularly to maintain soil and grass health, which directly contributes to healthier animals. Fresh water and natural mineral supplements are available at all times.

What is your return or replacement policy?

If an animal arrives in a condition materially different from what was described, contact us within 24 hours with photos and documentation. We take every concern seriously and work toward a fair resolution — through replacement, credit, or refund depending on circumstances.

Pricing & Payment 2 questions
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and certified checks for larger orders. Online purchases are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We do not accept cash for remote transactions.

Are there any hidden fees on top of the listed price?

No. We price transparently based on what it costs to raise animals the right way. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size and are clearly shown before you confirm your purchase. No surprises.
